what’s your commitment?
- Initial enrollment is for one year – after the first year, there is an opportunity to re-enroll in additional offerings
- Your time commitment is about 2-3 hours/month dedicated to wellness (calls, programming, implementation)
- Participate in a one-on-one strategy meeting with a HealthSource Solutions consultant to develop goals and metrics, and create an action plan
- Attend bi-monthly virtual meetings to share and learn from similarly situated organizations
