Our newest campaign is an evidence-based, healthy way to manage weight and is not a typical biggest loser contest. A New Weigh is a fun program that is easy to track, yet comprehensive and sustainable.
The team-based approach creates a supportive network and encourages friendly competition. During the 12-week program, participants track their physical activity and fruit and vegetable consumption, and are encouraged to perform the weekly challenges. Weight is also tracked - and the best part - it doesn't have to be shared! The program goal is to embrace healthy habits as part of your lifestyle whether you need to lose or maintain weight.
