A light breakfast will be served from 7:30 - 8:00 a.m. and will include:

  • Fresh seasonal fruit 
  • Yogurt and granola
  • Build-your-own oatmeal bar
  • Coffee, decaffeinated coffee, and hot tea


Boxed lunches will be served at 12:00 p.m. Participants will choose either a salad or wrap boxed lunch during registration. All lunches will be served with baked chips and an apple. 

  • Garden Vegetable Quinoa Salad: Broccoli, cauliflower, cucumber, radish, tomatoes, carrots, peas, red onion and quinoa in lemon dill vinaigrette, served over spring greens with sunflower seeds (vegetarian, gluten-free)
  • Cranberry Chicken Salad: Mixed greens and spinach with grilled chicken breast, strawberries, blue cheese, dried cranberries, balsamic vinaigrette and walnuts (gluten-free) 
  • Southwestern Black Bean Wrap: Black beans, fire roasted corn, peppers, onions, queso fresco, pico de gallo and shredded lettuce in a jalapeño-cheddar wrap with ranch mayo (vegetarian)
  • California Turkey Wrap: Roast turkey, cucumber, avocado, tomatoes, shredded romaine, red onion and garlic mayo in a spinach wrap


Water bottles

You are encouraged to bring your own water bottle to the conference. There will be water stations set up throughout the concourse where you can fill up to stay hydrated during the day's events.
