Scott’s background includes over 11 years in sales, marketing, operations, corporate wellness, and management experience within the health and fitness industry. Carolyn has been involved in worksite health promotion as a fitness leader, presenter, test staff, consultant and program coordinator for over 25 years. She consults with Metro and regional businesses to assist in the planning and designing of their wellness programs.She is also the Grant Manager for Clearway Minnesota’s QUITPLAN at Work program, which delivers tobacco cessation programs at the worksite throughout the state of Minnesota.
Interests
Carolyn enjoys having family and friends over for summer grilling on the deck, the Twins, her new baby granddaughter and traveling with her husband. Her favorite way to be active is hiking on the Superior Hiking Trail in northern Minnesota.

Dawn has been in the health and fitness profession for 21 years. Her background includes athletic training and group fitness instruction with certifications from American Council on Exercise (ACE) and Aquatic Exercise Association (AEA.) In her current role with HealthSource Solutions, she coordinates worksite wellness programming, assists with new product devlopment, manages the test staff, and handles all aspects of human resources within the company.
Interests
Dawn enjoys gardening, yard work and working around the house, reading, traveling, and spending time with her family. Her favorite way to be active is running or spinning with good music and going on walks with friends.
